Sundeep Nath

Senior Counsel

Sundeep Nath is senior counsel with the Andrew M. Schwartz Legal Team, which he joined in 2024. Mr. Nath has practiced law in Florida since 2011 and focuses on business and real estate matters in state and federal courts. He represents individuals, business owners, and community associations in business litigation, contract disputes, real estate transactions, and real estate litigation. In litigation, he handles cases from start to finish, from pre-litigation negotiations and drafting complaints through motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and contested summary judgment hearings. He also advises small business owners on transactions and on how to protect their interests before a dispute turns into a lawsuit.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Nath was an associate at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney in Tampa and at Englander Fischer in St. Petersburg. He later ran his own litigation practice in Clearwater for eight years. He is also the chief executive officer of Driven Technologies, a medical device company, which gives him firsthand insight into the legal and business challenges business owners face.

Mr. Nath received his undergraduate degree in economics and political science from Northwestern University, and his law degree from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
