Alexander I. Cohen
Alexander I. Cohen is an Associate Attorney at the Andrew M. Schwartz Legal Team. In 2017 Mr. Cohen earned his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University. Mr. Cohen enrolled in University of Miami’s Joint Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration degree program, after which he received his Master of Business Administration and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Mr. Cohen clerked at and worked for several law firms spealizing in civil litigation. More specifically, Mr. Cohen has significant experience with complex commercial litigation regarding internal and external corporate disputes, franchisor-franchisee relations, real estate disputes, foreclosure law, landlord-tenant law, secured transactions, property disputes, and general breach of contract actions.
Mr. Cohen is also a former water polo player and two time high-school Florida State Champion. In his off time Mr. Cohen enjoys playing piano, alto saxaphone, harmonica, and guitar, with an emphasis on early jazz, swing, and 60s-80s classic rock.
