Heather F. Beale Joins Schwartz & Salivar Legal Team as an Associate

Heather F. BealeSchwartz & Salivar Legal Team, a full service business and real estate litigation law firm in Boca Raton, Florida, announces that Heather F. Beale has joined our firm as an Associate Attorney. Ms. Beale focuses her practice on commercial litigation, business and real estate transactions, foreclosures, and trust and estate administration matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Beale handled complex real property matters and foreclosure litigation. Ms. Beale worked as a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office for the 15th Judicial Circuit and tried multiple cases successfully, actively participating in all aspects of pre-trial and trial. Additionally, she gained extensive experience as a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate, negotiating real estate transactions and mastering varied methods of media marketing.

Active in the legal community, Ms. Beale is a member of the Bnai Brith Justice Unit, and a former member of the Broward County Bar Association and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.

Ms. Beale earned her Bachelor of Arts as a dual major in Political Science and Social Science of Arts and Humanity from Florida Atlantic University and her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University (NSU), Shepard Broad College of Law. While attending law school, she gained accolades and was involved in several organizations. She earned the Top Grade award for Property, participated as a board member and as a competitor in the Nova Trial Association honors society, and served as President of the Jewish Law Student Association. Her implementation and dedication to community service culminated in Ms. Beale being a Pro Bono Silver Level Participant during her time at NSU.

Ms. Beale is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. She is fluent in spoken and written Hebrew.
