Scott B. Chapman

Scott B. Chapman is a senior associate for the Andrew M. Schwartz Legal Team. Scott was born and raised in Akron, Ohio and attended undergraduate school at The Ohio State University where he graduated in 1987 with a BSBA in Finance. Scott attended law school at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he graduated in 1991. Scott became a member of the Ohio Bar in 1991 and the Florida Bar in 1992. Scott has focused his career in commercial litigation, including contract disputes, landlord tenant matters, property and commercial subrogation, construction defect litigation and general business transactions. Scott has extensive background in condominium and homeowner association disputes, lien foreclosure matters and general foreclosure matters. Scott resides in Delray Beach, Florida with his wife Laura and has three adult children.
